Chandler/Vice President
Ed joined FFR more than 12 years ago, and has more than 25 years
of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and market research experience.
He has directed professional and patient/consumer market research
studies for products, services, and promotional materials spanning
a vast array of subspecialties and therapeutic categories. Ed has
personally conducted in-depth interviews and focus groups with thousands
of physicians and consumers regarding a wide variety of marketing
objectives. His expertise includes study design, questionnaire and
guideline development, in-depth interviewing, and focus group moderating.
Prior to joining FFR, Ed directed planning and market development,
pricing operations, market research, database management, managed
care marketing, and national accounts administration for a leading
healthcare product and service marketer. Before that, Ed was Director
of Planning and Business Development for the largest group of an
international medical products manufacturer.
Ed has an MBA from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and
is a past president of the Medical–Surgical Marketing Research
Group.
